PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset working machine allowing control over the extent of offset in the offset working machine and extent of rotation of a working part with a simple method.SOLUTION: There is provided the offset working machine including: a mounting part 11 on a traveling machine an offset frame 21 composed of a parallel link in a plan view, and extendedly installed from the mounting part 11 the working part 30 provided on the side of a moving end of the offset frame 21, and freely turnable in the horizontal direction an offset cylinder 23 a working part-rotating cylinder 301 and a control part (a) for controlling the operation of the cylinder.
