PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset working machine which is free from an expansion cylinder for swinging a working portion, locks the swinging of the working portion in a state directing the working portion in a forward traveling direction with the oscillation of an offset mechanism portion, swings and reverses the working portion with the oscillation of the offset mechanism portion, and can lock the swinging of the working portion in a state that the working portion is directed in a reverse work direction.
SOLUTION: A levee-plasticizing machine in the offset working machine includes: an offset mechanism portion 10 which is swingably supported on a mounting portion 5 mounted on a travel machine frame and on whose tip side a working portion 60 is swingably supported a swinging cylinder for swinging the offset mechanism portion a reversing mechanism portion which can reverse the direction of the working portion 60 in response to the swinging of the offset mechanism portion 10 and a working portion rotation-locking device 40 which can lock the swinging of the working portion 60 directed in the forward traveling direction or the reverse work direction of the working portion 60.
