To make it possible to determine a type of a user's sitting posture even when a seat on which the user sits has no sensor for sitting posture determination.SOLUTION: A sheet-like device 100 whose size covers a range from a seat's seating surface to a backrest thereof internally includes one or more load sensors 102 and a heater 104a or 104b at each of positions corresponding to the sitting surface and the backrest. The sheet-like device 100 is detachably attached to the seat and is capable of being installed on various seats.
