PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to improve accuracy of detecting the distribution of a users body pressure.SOLUTION: A sensing unit 20 includes a sheet member 22, at least one pressure-sensitive sensor 24, and at least one rigid body 26, and is disposed on a floor board of a bed. Each of the pressure-sensitive sensors 24 detects the pressure caused by contact. The pressure-sensitive sensors 24 are dispersed on the sheet member 22 and fixed. Each of the rigid bodies 26 is fixed on the installation surface of the sheet member 22. Each of the rigid bodies 26 supports the at least one pressure-sensitive sensor 26 from a bottom side along a top-and-bottom direction. Herein, the top-and-bottom direction is a direction along an axis orthogonal to the installation surface.
