PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging module and an endoscope apparatus that acquire a high-quality image and can realize a downsized front end of an insertion part.SOLUTION: An imaging module 40 in the invention comprises: a solid imaging element 44 a substrate 45 that extends in an optical axis direction of the solid imaging element 44 and a laminate substrate 46 that is formed on a surface of the substrate 45 and on which electronic components 55 to 58 are mounted. The electronic components 57 and 58 are embedded in the laminate substrate 46.
