PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus capable of applying treatment laser light to a treatment side without causing an operator to hold a contact lens.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus for applying laser light to a patients eye to perform treatment includes: a jaw placement base for supporting the head of the patient a contact lens part coming into contact with the patients eye a laser irradiation optical system including the contact lens part and applying the treatment laser light to the patients eye and a holding mechanism for constantly holding the contact lens part on an optical axis of the laser irradiation optical system.
