PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic surgical microscope enabling a burden on an operator and a subject to be reduced.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic surgical microscope according to an embodiment includes an observation system, an irradiation system, a front-end lens, and a control part. The observation system is used to binocularly observe a subject eye through an objective lens. The irradiation system is used to irradiate the subject eye with light. The front-end lens can be inserted into the optical path of the observation system and that of the irradiation system.
