PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To project light from an irradiation system, to a subjects eye from a vertical direction as far as possible.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic microscope system includes an illumination system, a left light-receiving system, a right light-receiving system, an irradiation system, an optical scanner, and a deflection member. The illumination system applies illumination light to a subjects eye. The left light-receiving system guides return light of the illumination light applied to the subjects eye via a left objective lens to a left image pickup device. The right light-receiving system, the objective optical axis of which is disposed non-parallel to an objective optical axis of the left light-receiving system, guides the return light of the illumination light applied to the subjects eye via a right objective lens to a right image pickup device. The irradiation system applies light different from the illumination light via an irradiation-system objective lens to the subjects eye. The optical scanner is used for scanning the subjects eye with the light from the irradiation system. The deflection member is disposed near the respective objective optical axes of the left light-receiving system and the right light-receiving system, and disposed on an optical path of the irradiation system between the optical scanner and the irradiation objective lens to deflect the optical path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼に対してできるだけ垂直方向から照射系からの光を入射させる。【解決手段】眼科用顕微鏡システムは、照明系と、左受光系と、右受光系と、照射系と、光スキャナと、偏向部材とを含む。照明系は、被検眼に照明光を照射する。左受光系は、被検眼に照射された照明光の戻り光を左対物レンズを介して左撮像素子に導く。右受光系は、当該受光系の対物光軸が左受光系の対物光軸に対して非平行に配置され、被検眼に照射された照明光の戻り光を右対物レンズを介して右撮像素子に導く。照射系は、照明光と異なる光を照射系対物レンズを介して被検眼に照射する。光スキャナは、照射系からの光で被検眼をスキャンするために用いられる。偏向部材は、左受光系及び右受光系のそれぞれの対物光軸の近傍に配置され、光スキャナと照射系対物レンズとの間の照射系の光路に配置され、光路を偏向する。【選択図】図1
