PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit lamp microscope capable of preventing eclipse of specific light and performing good observation of an eye to be inspected. An illumination system that irradiates an eye to be inspected with slit light, and an observation system for observing the eye to be inspected, the relay optics provided between an objective lens, an eyepiece lens, and an objective lens and an eyepiece lens. It includes an observation system including a system, and a specific light irradiation system provided in the relay optical system and irradiating a specific light different from the slit light toward the eye to be inspected.
