PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of an internal fixation mark presented to an eye to be examined by an ophthalmologic apparatus.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises an optical system, a specification unit, and a condition setting unit. The optical system includes an objective lens, an irradiation system, and a fixation system. The irradiation system irradiates an eye to be examined with light through the objective lens. The fixation system includes a luminous flux output unit for outputting a fixation luminous flux, and projects the fixation luminous flux output from the luminous flux output unit onto the eye to be examined through the objective lens. A movement mechanism moves a movable part which is at least part of the optical system including the objective lens in a first direction along an optical axis of the objective lens and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The specification unit has a configuration for specifying a part of the eye to be examined, which is irradiated with light by the irradiation system.
