The present invention provides a novel nanotechnology-based strategy for therapeutic neovascularization. Said statin-loaded nanoparticle allows local delivery of statin and thus improves therapeutic efficacy of several kind of diseases which may treated by statin such as ischemic neovascularization.본 발명의 목적은 항-혈관 신생 치료법을 위한 신규한 나노기술-기재 전략, 특히 생분해성 나노입자에 캡슐화된 스타틴을 제공하는 것이다. 스타틴-캡슐화된 나노입자는 스타틴의 국소 처리를 가능하게 하고, 허혈 혈관 신생을 포함하는 스타틴으로 처리될 수 있는 질환에서 스타틴의 치료적 효능의 향상을 제공할 수 있다.
