Abstract The present invention discloses a sustained-release nano-particle for targeting neurodegenerative disease, a method of preparing the same, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same, and a use of the nanoparticle or pharmaceutical composition in preparing a drug for preventing and/or treating a neurodegenerative disease in a subject. The nanoparticle comprises a carrier material, an active ingredient and a targeting molecule, wherein the carrier material is human serum albumin, and the active ingredient can prevent and/or treat a neurodegenerative disease.
