PURPOSE: A standing frame is provided to allow handicapped from waist down to stand, sit, or move without a support. CONSTITUTION: A standing frame includes a gas cylinder part(101), an armpit supporting part(104), a gas cylinder supporting part(106), and a handle part(105). The gas cylinder part includes a cylinder and a cylinder rod. The gas cylinder part is longitudinally shrinkable or extendable. The armpit supporting part is formed at the upper part of the cylinder rod and supports the weights of handicapped from waist down. The gas cylinder supporting part is formed at the lower part of the gas cylinder part and includes three or more wheels. The handle part adjusts the gas pressure of the gas cylinder part and includes a first switch. The handicapped from waist down use the first switch to control the gas cylinder part.본 발명은 하반신 부자유로 기립 및 보행이 곤란하여 휠체어에 의지하는 하반신 장애인에게 매우 간단한 작동을 통해 기립 및 이동을 보조하여 다른 사람의 도움없이 이동할 수 있는 기립보조기에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 하측에 위치한 실린더 및 상측에 위치한 실린더로드를 포함하여 길이 방향으로 수축 또는 팽창이 가능한 가스실린더부； 상기 실린더로드 상부에 형성되며 하반신 장애인의 체중을 지지하는 겨드랑이지지대부； 상기 가스실린더부 하단에 형성되며 지면과 접촉되는 3개 이상의 바퀴를 구비한 가스실린더지지부； 상기 가스실린더부의 가스 압력을 조절하는 제1 스위치가 장착되어 있는 손잡이부；를 포함하며, 상기 하반신 장애인은 상기 제1 스위치를 이용하여 상기 가스실린더부의 가스 압력을 제어하며, 상기 3개 이상의 바퀴는 상기 가스실린더지지부 하면의 장축(제1 축) 방향으로 구비되되, 회전운동을 할 수 있도록 원호 구조로 배치되어 상기 하반신 장애인이 상기 손잡이부를 잡고 회전 운동을 하면서 앞으로 나아가는 것을 특징으로 하는 기립보조기를 제공한다.
