A quick coupling device, particularly for equipment of work vehicles, has a fixed portion (10), attached to a tool of a work vehicle, and a removable portion (20), which can be associated with the end of the arm of the work vehicle； the portions (10,20) can be mated to each other detachably； the fixed portion (10) includes a pair of hooks (12a,12b) that accommodate a fixed engagement means joined to the removable portion (20), while the removable portion (20) has a movable engagement means (25a,25b) that interacts with at least one locking bracket (13a,13b) joined to the fixed portion (10). The device includes an actuation means suitable to actuate directly the movable engagement means (25a,25b).
