PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dorsum pedis arch adjustment band and a foot arch adjustment band in which a navicular bone 51 serving as a pivot of a medial longitudinal arch 71, a cuboid bone 52 serving as an outer longitudinal arch 72 and a big toe joint 40 are held precisely, and thereby the medial longitudinal arch 71, the outer longitudinal arch 72 and a horizontal arch 73 can be formed properly, and also a foot disorder such as a flat feet and physical movement can be improved effectively.SOLUTION: A foot arch adjustment band 1 has a dorsum pedis arch adjustment band 10 and a hallux arch adjustment band 20. The dorsum pedis arch adjustment band 10 is stretchable in the longitudinal direction, and is wound through a root 31 of the instep of a foot 30 and the navicular bone 51 and the cuboid bone 52. The dorsum pedis arch adjustment band is a ring-shaped band for supporting the medial longitudinal arch 71 and the outer longitudinal arch 72 of the foot part.
