PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling sheet capable of being used by being easily abutted to a cooling object having a curved surface, and to provide a method of manufacturing the cooling sheet, capable of easily manufacturing the cooling sheet with time and labor similar to that for a conventional cooling pack.SOLUTION: The cooling sheet has a belt shape, includes a plurality of projected regeneration parts connected through thin parts, and is an integrated molding for which the regeneration parts and the thin parts are integrally molded by a cold insulator having a gel form at normal temperature.
