PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal solution preparation implement with a novel structure, capable of easily and stably extinguishing bubbles generated within a vial during dissolving operation with more excellent operability.SOLUTION: The medicinal solution preparation implement includes: a body 12 with a vial attaching part 18 from which a puncture needle 24 projects and an air pathway 58 which penetrates through the puncture needle 24, one end of which is opened at a distal end 26 of the puncture needle 24 and the other end of which is opened on the outer peripheral surface of the body 12. An opening of the air pathway 58 on the outer peripheral surface of the body 12 is openably sealed with a slit valve 50, and a push button 56 is elastically supported to the outer side of the slit valve 50.
