PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a suitable ultrasonic image in the insertion of an insertion instrument.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic front image is formed in which an object tissue T is projected with a tip of a puncture needle or the vicinity of the tip as a view point. By using extraction volume data in which the object tissue T is extracted, an ultrasonic front image can be formed in which only the object tissue T is specified, or the object tissue T is emphasized. Further, by also extracting a blood cell in addition to the object tissue T, an ultrasonic front image can be formed that shows a blood vessel before (on the puncture needle side of) the object tissue T. Thereby, the puncture needle can be inserted toward the object tissue T while visually checking the position of the blood vessel before the object tissue T.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】挿入器具の挿入において好適な超音波画像を形成する装置を提供する。【解決手段】穿刺針の先端または先端近傍を視点として対象組織Tを映し出した超音波前方画像が形成される。対象組織Tが抽出された抽出ボリュームデータを利用することにより、対象組織Tのみを明示した又は対象組織Tを強調した超音波前方画像を形成することができる。また、対象組織Tに加えて血管も抽出しておくことにより、対象組織Tの手前(穿刺針側)にある血管を示した超音波前方画像を形成することができる。これにより、対象組織Tの手前にある血管の位置を視覚的に確認しつつ、対象組織Tに向けて穿刺針を挿入することが可能になる。【選択図】図3
