PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical formulation injecting implement which easily boosts the therapeutic effect of pharmaceutical formulations.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation injecting implement includes: an outer needle 10 having a tip end side opening 15 and a base end side opening 16, formed into a straight tube shape and having a reference puncture part 12 and an inner needle 20 detachably inserted into the outer needle 10 and having a peripheral puncture part 22 at its tip end side. The inner needle 20 is structured so that the peripheral puncture part 22 can get in/out from the tip end side opening 15 by advancing/retreating operation of its base part side, so that the pharmaceutical formulation supplied from the base end side opening 16 can be injected through the tip end side opening 15 while the inner needle 20 is pulled out from the outer needle 10.
