PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray equipment which can appropriately obtain the opening amount of a collimator.SOLUTION: X-ray equipment has a reference height input setting section 12a as magnification parameter input setting means for inputting and setting parameters on magnification of an X-ray image. Therefore, a parameter (reference height) on the magnification can be freely set, and a controller obtains the opening width of a collimator so that a slot width may be constant. Accordingly, the parameter (reference height) on the magnification can be appropriately set in each examination from the physique of a subject and medical cases, and, on the basis of them, the opening amount of the collimator can be appropriately obtained.
