The present invention relates to an ant repelling composition comprising one or more kind of component as an active component selected from a group composed of (i) one kind of an extract selected from a group composed of the sweet flag, the Chinese pepper, and the peony (ii) the capsicum oleoresin or the propolis and (iii) 3-(N-butylacetamido) propionic acid methyl ester. The ant repelling composition of the present invention costs less and is economical, has the excellent ant repelling activity maintenance, and has the safety.
