<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe feed additive to grow shellfish and fish with an extremely small amount of which immune function inherent in livestock, the shellfish or the fish is accurately activated to prevent infection disease, and which has no problem in public health sanitation such as medical drug residue； to provide a method for producing feed to which the feed additive is added； and to provide additive, prepared mix, supplement and various kinds of feed to each of which wheat fermented extract effective on prevention against allergy disease, self immune disease, life-style disease, functional abnormality as a result of advanced age, malignant neoplasm or the like, is added. <；P>；SOLUTION: The method for producing feed and additive having immunostimulatory effect and infectious disease-protective effect includes addition of the wheat fermented extract and bacillus fungi.
