PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant-raising an apparatus which is so designed that a plant can be raised in an area surrounded by curtains, more specifically, secures the necessary amount of a gas such as carbon dioxide required for raising a plant in an area surrounded by the liquid film of a round curtain, and the humidity and the temperature in the area can be controlled to be suitable for raising plants in the area.SOLUTION: The plant-raising apparatus includes curtain-forming means forming a liquid film for surrounding the plant and at least a part of the area surrounding the plants, and an internal environment control means for controlling at least the temperature and the humidity in the area surrounded by the liquid film.
