PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple greening system for preventing global warming, which is a compact germination device which allows a consumer to easily germinate plants and promote greening close to them, and which can be manufactured extremely easily and can be distributed to the market at low cost. SOLUTION: This is a three-dimensionally or two-dimensionally formed germination ground in which a plant seed 1 is coated with a laminate of biodegradable fibers, and the germination ground has air permeability and root permeability that penetrate from the surface of the laminate to the opposite side. The hole 5 provided is provided, and the seed 1 is molded by allowing the seed 1 to breathe by fitting the seed 1 into the hole 5 and passing through the hole opening 12 by elongation after germination. A water retaining layer 2 and a protective layer 3 each having water permeability and fertilizing property are provided in each layer, and both layers can supply water to the seeds 1 and components of the fertilizer/soil improving material 15 by water injection. It also has air permeability and rootability, and when the plant grows, it breathes and can penetrate the cross section of the laminate, and since it also has elasticity, the seed 1 and the above-mentioned improvement material 15 can be fitted between the laminates, and they face each other on the laminate surface. [Selection diagram] Figure 1【課題】消費者が容易に植物の発芽を行えることで身近に緑化推進が図れるコンパクトな発芽装置であり、極めて簡易に製作でき安価で市場に流通できる地球温暖化防止簡易緑化システムを提供する。【解決手段】植物の種子1を生分解性繊維の積層で被覆した立体的或いは平面的に成形した発芽地であり、該発芽地は積層の表面から対面側へ貫通する透気性と透根性を備えた穴隙5を設け、該穴隙5内に種子1を嵌合することで種子1が呼吸を成し、発芽後の伸長により穴隙開口部12を通過できるよう成形され、また、上記積層にいずれも透水性と保肥性を備えた保水層2と保護層3を設け、両積層は注水により種子1への水の供給及び肥料・土壌改良材15の成分補給ができ、また、透気性と透根性も備え、植物が伸長時に呼吸を成し積層断面も貫通でき、さらに、弾性も帯びるので種子1や上記改良材15を積層間に嵌合でき、かつ、積層面で相対する各々の穴隙開口部12を開放可能に閉塞できるよう成形される。【選択図】図1
