The present disclosure provides a method for treating or preventing the spread of seed associated diseases within a population of seedlings, the method comprises providing said seedlings with an amount of a formulation obtained from at least a first component comprising particulate matter holding one or more natural oils and a second component comprising a bacterial cocktail of at least two antagonistic bacteria.
