PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode implanting apparatus capable of winding an electrode part around a linear tissue while adjusting the direction of the electrode part.SOLUTION: The electrode implanting apparatus includes the electrode part at least part of which is formed in a curved shape so as to be wound around a prescribed linear object in the natural state and at least part of which can switch the shape to a flat shape, and an implanting tool 3 for switching the shape of at least part of the electrode part from the curved shape to the flat shape. The electrode part includes an insulating member formed of an elastic material in a sheet shape, and an electrode mounted on one surface on the inner side of the curve when the insulating member is curved. The implanting tool includes: a long-length insertion part 16 an extension mechanism 17 disposed on the distal end side of the insertion part for switching the curved shape of the electrode part to the flat shape to be held, and capable of releasing the holding an adjusting mechanism 18 capable of adjusting the direction of the electrode part held by the extension mechanism and an operation part disposed on the proximal end side of the insertion part for operating the extension mechanism and the adjusting mechanism.
