PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope guide tube device capable of passively changing the shape in response to the change of the shape of an insertion part of a flexible endoscope, capable of stably retaining the shape, capable of easily narrowing the diameter, capable of being easily inserted into a mouth together with the insertin part of the soft endoscope, and capable of compactly and easily moving an operating part.
SOLUTION: A bending part 3 disposed in a flexible insertion tube 1 can passively change the shape in response to the change of the shape of the insertion part of the endoscope inserted into the flexible insertion tube 1. The operating part 2 has a wire locking mechanism configured to fix and release proximal ends of all of at least three bending shape retaining wires 15 together. The wire locking mechanism is configured to press wire pressing members 31 on the proximal ends of the bending shape retaining wires 15 by pressure driving members 32 to be slide-engaged with the same number of the wire pressing members 31 as the bending shape retaining wires 15 on an inclined surface.
