PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope guiding tube device which passively changes a shape in accordance with change of shape of an insertion part of a flexible endoscope, can be stably hold the shape, can be easily inserted through a mouth together with an insertion part of a soft endoscope by thinning easily, and can compose operation part so that it may operate compactly and certainly.
SOLUTION: A curved part 3 provided for the flexible insertion tube 1 passively freely changes its shape corresponding to shape change of an insertion part of an endoscope put through in the flexible insertion tube 1. A wire lock mechanism in which an operation part 2 includes proximal end parts of all of at least three curved shape holding wires 15 in such a way that they are altogether freely fixed or their fixation is freely cancelable presses a wire pressing member 31 in which a cylindrical body is divided into a plurality in a twisting direction around the axis to the proximal end parts of the curved shape holding wires 15 with a pressing drive member 32 slid and engaged on a slope.
