To provide a technique which eliminates needs of introduction of a large sized apparatus and installation of a work scaffold, scarcely needs man power, and is excellent in safety property.SOLUTION: Considering a felling direction, a receiving opening 10 is formed based on the felling direction. A chasing opening 20 is formed while leaving a hinge 30 and a chasing hinge 40, a tool 50 for cutting a standing tree which expands by reacting with water is inserted into the chasing opening 20. The chasing hinge 40 is cut by expansion pressure caused by the tool 50 for cutting a standing tree, a top face of the chasing opening 20 is pushed up, and the standing tree is rotated around the hinge 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】大型機材の導入や作業足場の設置を不要とし、人力が殆どかからず、さらに、安全性が極めて高い立木伐倒技術を提供する。【解決手段】伐倒方向を検討し、伐倒方向から受け口10を設ける。さらに、つる30および追いづる40を残して追い口20を設け、水と反応して膨張する立木伐倒用治具50を追い口20に挿入する。立木伐倒用治具50の膨張圧は、追いづる40を切断し、さらに、追い口20上面を押し上げて、つる30を中心に立木を回動させる。【選択図】図5
