Disclosed is an endoscope excluder, which does not need the adoption of a surgical method requiring a long-time low head-position, any manpower for supporting an excluder and the formation of a hole for the excluder in the body of a patient, but can exclude an internal organ softly. The endoscope excluder comprises an excluder body (45) for the endoscope, and a long frame (40) capable of housing and extracting the excluder body (45). The excluder body (45) is made of a dry-compacted water-absorptive and expansible material, and is formed into a rod shape having a transverse section smaller than the cylindrical hole section of a trocar. The frame (40) is provided with support walls (42a, 42c, 43a and 43c) in the compression direction of the excluder body (45). The frame (40) suppresses the expansion of the excluder body (45). The excluder body (45) is inserted into the body from the trocar, and is then swelled to be excluded by feeding the same with a physiological salt solution.
