To provide a culture system capable of adjusting efficiently a water temperature of sea water in a water tank.SOLUTION: A culture system 100 includes a pump 110, a water tank 120 and a heat exchanger 130. The pump 110 pumps up sea water SW. The water tank 120 stores the sea water SW pumped up by the pump 110.
