PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly heat water in an aquarium in a short time without exceeding a preset temperature and also control the water to a preferable water quality.SOLUTION: The controlling system includes a water temperature sensor 3 for detecting a present water temperature t of an aquarium, a heating means 6 for heating water in the aquarium and a controlling means 2 for controlling the heating means 6. The heating means 6 has a feeding means for feeding supply water to the aquarium and a discharging means for discharging water from the aquarium, and the controlling means 2 includes a fuzzy inference setting part 24 to set a prescribed fuzzy inference f and a conclusion calculating part 25 to apply a deviation &deltat2 and a variation &deltat to the fuzzy inference f and calculate the conclusion v.
