SOLUTION: A magnetic susceptibility measuring device (100) comprises: a magnetic migration generating part (10) for moving particles (p) in a solution (s) by a magnetic field; a laser (20) for emitting a laser beam (L) to the solution (s); and a magnetic susceptibility acquisition part (30) for acquiring the magnetic susceptibility of the particles (p) using a laser beam scattered by the particles (p) in the solution (s). For example, the magnetic susceptibility acquisition part (30) preferably has an observation part (32) for observing the particles (p) by the laser beam (L) scattered by the particles (p) in the solution (s) and a calculating part (34) for determining the magnetic susceptibility of the particles (p) from the observation results of the observation part (32). !
