PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustical wave measuring apparatus that can achieve acoustic matching even when the shape of a holding member changes largely along a scanning direction of a probe.SOLUTION: The acoustical wave measuring apparatus includes the holding member 21 for holding a test object, the probe 31 for receiving an acoustical wave, and a seal member 33, and the acoustical wave is received by running the probe for scanning with respect to the holding member while an acoustic matching agent 7 for performing acoustic impedance matching between the probe and the holding member is injected into between a receiving surface and the holding member.
