A machine for rapid and uniform drying includes: a pedestal(10) having an entrance(11) and an exit(12)； first, second, and third drying rooms(20,30,40) between the entrance(11) and the exit(12)； a transporter(50) penetrating passing ways(21,41) formed on the lower part of a front and rear walls(20a,40a) of the first and the third drying rooms(20,40) and partitions(30a,30b) for dividing space between the first and the second drying rooms(20,40)； a hot wind generator for supplying hot wind inside the drying rooms(20,30,40) through supply ways(22,32,42) formed on bottoms of the above drying rooms(20,30,40)； a magnetron for generating microwave radiating to the inside of the second drying room(30)； and shieldings(80) for preventing the leak of microwave through passing ways.본 발명은 건조대상물을 이동시켜 주면서 열풍과 마이크로파를 이용하여 신속하고도 균일하게 건조시켜 주도록 한 건조장치에 관한 것으로서,기대(10)의 반입부와 반출부 사이에 차례로 설치되는 제1-3 건조실(20)(30)(40)과, 상기 제1,3 건조실의 전·후벽(20a)(40a)과 제1-3 건조실을 구획하는 격벽(30a)(30b)의 하부에 횡방향으로 형성된 유통구(21)(31)(31')(41)를 관통하여 회동되게 기대의 전단과 후단 사이에 설치되어 건조대상물을 상기 반입부로부터 제1-3 건조실을 통과하여 반출부까지 이동시켜 주는 이송기(50)와, 상기 제1-3 건조실의 내부로 열풍을 공급하게 설치되는 열풍기(60)와, 상기 제2 건조실의 양측 벽 외면에 설치되며 작동되면 제2 건조실의 내부로 입사되어 건조대상물을 건조시키는 작용을 하는 마이크로파를 발진하는 마그네트론(70)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.
