PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheal cannula for reducing burdens on a nursing person and a patient.SOLUTION: The tracheal cannula 1 includes: a vent tube 10 in a curved circular tube shape a plurality of projections 16 provided on an inner surface of the vent tube 10 a frame 20 provided near a body outer side opening 12 of the vent tube 10 and a cuff 22 provided near the tracheal side opening 14 of the vent tube 10. In a lumen of the vent tube 10, the plurality of projections 16 are present.
