The present invention relates to an implant assembly apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the implant assembly apparatus includes: a fixture having a screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof and being inserted into the alveolar bone of a patient, and having a female screw and a hexagonal coupling groove therein； a screw inserted into the fixture and having a screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof to be screwed to the female screw inside the fixture； a thread coupled to the upper end of the screw； a mount having a hexagonal fitting unit formed on one end to be coupled to the coupling groove inside the fixture, and having at least one opening unit on the side surface； and a mount driver having an upper end including a coupling unit coupled to a hand piece, and a lower end including a square groove to be coupled to the upper side of the mount. A through-hole is formed inside the mount, so that the thread coupled to the screw passes through the through-hole and is discharged through the opening unit.
