The present invention relates to a tooth implant assembly capable of allowing a prosthesis to be easily attached or detached to or from an abutment without using attachment cement and thus, facilitating repair or treatment of an implant. The tooth implant assembly comprises: an implant fixture having a cylindrical shape with a screw hole on the top surface thereof, and implanted into a hole formed on a jawbone； an abutment formed on the bottom surface thereof, including a bolt unit which is screw coupled to the screw hole on the implant fixture, and detachably mounted to the implant fixture； and a dental prosthesis assembled to cover the upper part of the abutment and fixed and attached by attachment cement.
