The present invention relates to an abutment for an implant, more specifically to an abutment for an implant having multiple surface on an attachment unit for improving the sealing with a formation fixture. The abutment for an implant by an embodiment of the present invention includes a screw unit, an attachment unit, and a head unit. The screw unit includes screw threads to be screwed to the fixture. The attachment unit is formed in a tapered shape on the upper side of the screw unit to be inserted into and touch a tape unit of the fixture, and is formed into multiple small surfaces to reinforce the attachment with the tape unit of the fixture. The head unit is formed on the upper side of the attachment unit to combine a dental prosthesis. A groove is formed with an inlet narrower than the inside. According to the present invention, by forming the groove with the narrow inlet and the side inside on the small surface of the attachment unit of the abutment, the inlet on the attachment unit changes into the groove by coupling the fixture.
