The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a preparation containing acetaminophen at a high content, particularly size-reduced tablets (generally conventional tablets, sustained release tablets, or the like) having excellent elution properties, hardness and uniformity in drug content distribution； and a method for producing the preparation. The present invention provides: a preparation using acetaminophen having specified particle diameters； and a method for producing the preparation. According to the present invention, the fluidability of acetaminophen can be improved, and therefore the secondary coagulation of acetaminophen can be prevented, the production efficiency can be improved, and the cost can be reduced. Accordingly, the preparation and the method are very useful as an acetaminophen preparation having improved ingestability including reduced sizes and a method for producing the acetaminophen preparation, respectively.
