PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle powdery oil which hardly causes caking and has low scattering properties and a manufacturing method of the powdery oil.SOLUTION: The powdery oil composed of extremely hardened oil with a melting point of 50 to 70°C, has a 10% volume cumulative particle diameter (D10) of 70 to 150 μm, a 50% volume cumulative particle diameter (D50) of 160 to 240 μm, a 60% volume cumulative particle diameter (D60) of 180 to 260 μm, and a 90% volume cumulative particle diameter (D90) of 290 to 370 μm, with an angle difference of 7 to 12°, in a laser diffraction scattering method, and a degree of crystallization of 90% or more. The manufacturing method of powdery oil includes the steps of: a) melting an extremely hardened oil having a melting point of 50 to 70°C by heat at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point b) dripping the oil melted by heat onto a disk revolving at 3,500 to 5,000 rpm, so as to be pulverized by atomization and cooling in an atmosphere at 45°C or lower and c) warming the produced powdery oil such that the oil temperature reaches to 40°C to 47°C.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】ケーキングが生じにくく、かつ飛散性の低い、取り扱いやすい粉末状油脂、および、前記粉末状油脂の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】融点50~70℃の極度硬化油からなり、レーザー回折散乱法で累積10体積%粒子径(D10)が70~150μm、累積50体積%粒子径(D50)が160~240μm、累積60体積%粒子径(D60)が180~260μm、累積90体積%粒子径(D90)が290~370μmであり、差角が7~12°であって、結晶化率が90%以上であるる粉末状油脂。また、a)融点50~70℃の極度硬化油を融点以上の温度で加熱溶融する工程、b)加熱溶融した油脂を回転数3500~5000rpmのディスクに滴下し、45℃以下の雰囲気中に噴霧且つ冷却することにより粉末化する工程、およびc)得られた粉末状油脂を、該油脂の温度が40℃~47℃に達するまで加温する工程を含む、粉末状油脂の製造方法。【選択図】なし
