Le procédé consiste : S1, à acquérir des données d'image de fond d'œil de globes oculaires, et à traiter des données acquises d'image de fond d'œil； S2, à créer un échantillon d'apprentissage en utilisant les données d'image de fond d'œil； S3, à utiliser l'échantillon d'apprentissage obtenu pour entraîner un modèle de détection d'une pétéchie dans le fond d'œil； et S4, à calculer la valeur de probabilité d'une pétéchie dans le fond d'œil dans une image de fond d'œil en utilisant le modèle entraîné pour détecter une pétéchie dans le fond d'œil, afin d'effectuer la détection de pétéchie sur l'image de fond d'œil.
