The invention relates to macromycete-based bioprotective products to be employed as functional supplements and/or energizing stimulants and to processes for preparing the same. According to the invention, the products are presented as powder having a particle size in the range of 15...40 &mu m, an average content of dry substance of 90...94%, 10...78% raw protein, 0.2...1.8% phenols, 1.2...1.8% raw ash. The processes claimed by the invention consist in stage fractioning macromycetes having a humidity of at least 75% in solvents of differentiated polarity, wherefrom there results bioprotective products to be used as components of food supplements and/or energizing or neuronal stimulants.
