A process for making alcohol free health drink from wine concentrate and therapeutic applications are disclosed. The process includes the steps of producing polyphenols rich wine concentrate from full alcohol wine through process like reverse osmosis, nano filtration, lyophilization or vacuum evaporation. Concentrated wine contains very high amount of alcohol compared to wine. Concentrated wine can be diluted with water in such a way that it produces alcohol free wine which can be used as antilipidemic agent or as health drink.
