PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave detection program, a pulse wave detection method, and a pulse wave detection device capable of suppressing reduction of detection accuracy of a pulse wave.SOLUTION: A face portion detection unit 41, from an image in which a subject is imaged by a camera 20, detects a position of a predetermined portion of a face of the subject in the image. A face direction detection unit 42 detects a rotation angle of a direction of the face of the subject with respect to a predetermined direction from the image imaged by the camera 20. A calculation unit 45 calculates a position of a measurement area of a pulse wave of the face of the subject from a detection result of the position of the predetermined portion and the rotation angle.
