The present invention provides a visual line detection device and method for the same. The device comprises a headset, a brainwave detection unit that disposed on the headset for detecting the focal length of the eye, a electromyography detection unit that disposed on the headset for detecting the rotating angle of the eye, a computing unit that communicatively connects to the electromyography detection unit and the brainwave detection unit for integrating the detection results of the brainwave detection unit and the electromyography detection unit, so as to calculate the position of the visual line of the eye. By the configuration of the above-mentioned device, the movement range of the eye is calculated according to the brainwave information and the electromyographic signals and compared with the position before action, and the position of the visual line of the eye is calculated therefrom. Therefore, it is not necessary to monitor the eye movement by images and the wearing position of the headset is not limited to be in front of the eye, and the eye movement signal can also be calculated accurately.本發明為有關一種眼球位置偵測裝置及其方法,主要結構包括一頭戴式裝置、一設於該頭戴式裝置上供偵測眼球之焦距的腦波偵測裝置、一設於該頭戴式裝置上供偵測眼球轉動角度值之肌電偵測裝置、及一資訊連結該腦波偵測裝置及該肌電偵測裝置之演算模組,係供整合該腦波偵測裝置及該肌電偵測裝置之偵測結果,推算該眼球之目光位置。藉上述結構,利用腦波訊號及肌電訊號推算出眼球的動作幅度,並與動作前的位置相比較,而計算出眼睛注視的位置。藉此,無需用影像監視眼球動作,使頭戴式裝置配戴位置不受限於眼睛前方,且可計算出精確的眼動訊號。1‧‧‧頭戴式裝置2‧‧‧腦波偵測裝置3‧‧‧肌電偵測裝置4‧‧‧演算模組
