A fatigue detecting method with a characteristic of combining an eyeball image and brain waves comprises an eyeball detecting process, a brain waves detecting process and a recognizing process. Date of the eyeball are calculated by the eyeball detecting process, and states of the brain waves are collected through the brain wave process for respectively deriving the data of the brain waves in a concentrating state and a relaxing state. A state of the eye, for example, opening, closed and squinting, is preinstalled in the recognizing process, which also includes reference values of each brain wave, for example, normal, out of spirit, in a bad mood, driving while intoxicated, preinstalled therein. Therefore, physiological and psychological states of a user can be accurately detected according to the date of the eyeball and the brain waves and the reference value, whereby a high-precision detecting instrument is unnecessary to be applied to the fatigue detecting method.本發明一種結合眼球影像與腦波之疲勞偵測方法,其包含有眼球偵測步驟、腦波偵測步驟及辨識步驟等;是以,透過該眼球偵測步驟可計算出眼球大小數據,而該腦波偵測步驟可擷取出使用者之腦波狀態後分別取得專注、放鬆腦波數據,至於該辨識步驟則預設有一眼睛狀態(例如睜眼、閉眼、謎眼)與各腦波狀態(例如正常、精神不佳、打瞌睡、心情不佳、酒駕)之基準值,故偵測所得的眼球大小、專注、放鬆等數據與同時與該基準值多重辨識下,不須高精密檢測儀器,即可高準確的辨識出使用者生理及心理狀態進而作為判定是否為疲勞狀態。3‧‧‧疲勞偵測方法31‧‧‧眼球偵測步驟32‧‧‧眼波偵測步驟33‧‧‧辨識步驟
