PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting unit which has a simple structure and which can selectively use light sources having different light colors (color temperature or wavelengths) according to usage, and to provide an LED lighting device.SOLUTION: An LED lighting unit includes reflection mirrors and a support member for supporting LED light source units. Each of the LED light source units includes a first LED light source for emitting light of a first wavelength, and a second LED light source for emitting light of a second wavelength different from the first wavelength. The LED light source unit can move between a first position and a second position by the support member.
