The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an exosome derived from a thrombin-treated stem cell as an effective ingredient for preventing or treating a skin wound, a pharmaceutical formulation containing the same, and a production method thereof. Being a cell-free agent, an exosome-based therapeutic agent of the present invention has a low risk of carcinogenesis and no problems of graft rejection as well as being little liable to occur microvascular obstruction. The agent, which is not a cell, but a material isolated from a cell, can be subjected to medication development into an off-the-shelf product which allows for the reduction of production cost. The agent has the advantage of exhibiting outstanding angiogenesis and skin wound treatment effects even at a low concentration of exosomes thanks to the thrombin treatment effect.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un exosome dérivé d'une cellule souche traitée par la thrombine en tant qu'ingrédient efficace pour prévenir ou traiter une plaie cutanée, une formulation pharmaceutique le contenant, et un procédé de production de celle-ci.
