The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutics and cosmetology. The cosmeticological and pharmaceutical composition comprises the quercetin derivative in the form of a supramolecular mixture of modified combinatorial quercetin derivatives produced by a simultaneous combinatorial modification of quercetin using at least two alkylating and acylating modifiers in a predetermined component molar ratio in the combinatorial synthesis reaction for producing a maximum possible number of various quercetin derivatives consisting of 92 molecules, and the whole combinatorial mixture of the quercetin derivatives without separation into the individual components is used as biologically active substances for creating cosmetic and pharmaceutical compositions.L'invention concerne le domaine de la pharmacie et de la cosmétologie. La composition pharmaceutique et cosmétologique comprend un dérivés de quercétine se présentant comme un mélange supramoléculaire de dérivés combinatoires modifiés de quercétine obtenus par la modification combinatoire simultanée de la quercétine par au moins deux modifiants alkylisants et acylisants dans un rapport molaire prédéterminé des composants dans une réaction de synthèse combinatoire pour obtenir une quantité maximale de différents dérivés de quercétine à partir de 92 molécules, et on utilise en tant que substances bioactives un mélange combinatoire entier de dérivés de quercétine sans séparation en composants individuels pour créer des composition cosmétiques et ppharmaceutiques.
